A Brother, A Father, A Solider... by Flyingfetlocks A Brother, A Father, A Solider... by Flyingfetlocks

Sarah had to be somewhere urgently before the end of Dark Days sesion, so another handler came to put him out in the paddock, and accidently put him in with the stallions where his previous paddock was. Dark Day was tired and drowsy from his training sesion and was in no state of mind to look where he was going, Rush was in a mad mood and when Dark Day came to close, he kicked out at him, just missing him. Dark Day squealed with suprise, but in Dark Days mind he was a fearsome stallion like his father and he charged over to Rush and kicked him right on the chest, but it may as well have been a fly, Rush charged at Dark Day and he soon found himself running for his life. Seabreeze, inspired by his older brothers stunt to save him, galloped over and rammed Rush on the side, now Rush was onto him, but Blizzard had seen them and was already cantering down to them. Pausing, he stopped and whinnied to Rush, pawing the ground, challenging him to a fight, Rush was sick of the older stallion stopping him from revenge so he wanted to eliminate this annoying protestor. The two stallions danced and pranced around, but Rush lost his patience and charged, Blizzard dodged and kicked out at him, he hit his foreleg, Rush paused to regain balance before the two stallions colided again, Blizzard reared, trying to get another good kick at him, but Rush dodged to his left. Blizzard landed and Rush lunged for his neck, seconds stood by as the younger stallion stuck his teeth into Blizzards magnificent blue coat. Blizzard was not defeated yet though, he gave a mighty buck and shook Rush of, and in two leaps he pirouted and spun around to land a hefty kick on his hind leg. Rush whinnied painfully and slumped forward, Tam, a handler at seahorse stables who stays over night rushed out to see Rush, collapsed on the ground and the mighty blue stallion prancing and rearing out all his glory, blood trickled down his neck but the Stallion danced on, Rush would not likely go after him or any blue roan again, and maybe the same to other stallions...
